If one of our engineers has asked you to connect via TeamViewer, click the button below. It downloads and runs a small, temporary program that gives us access to help resolve your issue — nothing is permanently installed.
Open TeamViewer QuickSupport →Microsoft Quick Assist
Quick Assist is a remote support tool built into Windows. To open it:
- Press the Windows key and type Quick Assist, then select it from the results (or press Windows + Ctrl + Q on Windows 11).
- Select Get help.
- Sign in with a Microsoft account if prompted.
- Give our engineer the security code shown on screen.
If Quick Assist isn't installed, or Windows says it needs updating, you can get it from the Microsoft Store:
